Togadia fiasco

Marad is not an election issue. And it shouldn't.

But it is not an issue to be forgotten and forgiven. The criminals who had committed the grievous crime of killing innocents should be given apt punishment.

During those troubled days one guy from north came here to fish. That fisherman of troubled waters was Praveen Togadia. The state government provided him all police protection. Togadia roared, "Kerala will be turned to a Gujarat."

People from all walks of life demanded his arrest. Chief Minister A K Antony was unmoved.

Antony is a changed man now. Two days back he had ordered immediate arrest of Togadia if he steps into the capital city of Kerala.

Togadia responded by speaking through a mobile phone.

Kudos to Antony! But what about the old Antony.

Elections maketh man and unmaketh!
